Guest Sales Associate

About This Role

Create an exceptional guest experience, achieve sales goals, and assist management with daily administrative tasks for European Wax Center services and products.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and various waxing services
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes
• Create a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring scripts
• Confirm each guest service(s) and offer recommended/related add on service(s)
• Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, refunds and reservation requests
• Inform the guest of pre-booking benefits and how to utilize the app to reschedule
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized and visually pleasant environment within lobby and restrooms

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to perform external or internal events may be required
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings
• Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
• Ability to receive and provide feedback
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times as defined in the EWC Growth Associate Handbook

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
