This role involves cleaning guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and contribute to the hotel's financial success.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Perform guest turn down service as needed
- Communicate and consult with appropriate corporate office support departments
- Assist in profit and loss/monthly inventories as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to clearly verbally communicate with employees and public
- Ability to speak, hear, see, read, write, type, dial, reach, and bend
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
