Guest Room Attendant

About This Role

The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms in a casino hotel environment, ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean a minimum of 16 credits per 8-hour shift
• Properly make beds, ensuring linen is clean and free of stains/holes, with professional presentation
• Dust and vacuum rooms thoroughly to remove all dirt and debris
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including mirrors, toilet, sink, counter, and tub
• Ensure all in-room paper products are fresh, neat, and without creases or marks
• Update assignment sheets with room status and record linen changes
• Punch in room status on guest room telephone (vacant/clean, occupied/clean, vacant/dirty)
• Maintain room attendant cart with appropriate amenities, linens, and paper products
• Secure Saflok master key during shift
• Provide outstanding guest service to internal and external guests

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company
• Ability to verify right to work in the U.S.
• Ability to regularly walk, stand, or stoop for duration of shift
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 250 lbs.
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch, bend, kneel, stretch, reach above head and shoulders repetitively
