Graphic Designer

About This Role

This role involves updating and maintaining design assets, developing innovative digital and print marketing materials, and managing the company's website to ensure a visually compelling user experience for a national leader in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Continuously update foundational assets including graphics standard guidelines, design toolkits, brand playbook, icon libraries, corporate presentation decks, etc.
• Develop innovative designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations
• Maintain the YES company website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually compelling experience
• Participate in weekly creative concepting for all active marketing campaigns
• Own relationships with our print vendors

Requirements

• Proficient with Adobe Full Suite
• Proficient with Canva
• Thorough working knowledge of CSS Style Sheets
• Thorough working knowledge of general web design
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
• A creative mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Business (Marketing), or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Nice to Have

• Videography experience
