This role involves updating and maintaining design assets, developing innovative digital and print marketing materials, and managing the company's website to ensure a visually compelling user experience for a national leader in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Continuously update foundational assets including graphics standard guidelines, design toolkits, brand playbook, icon libraries, corporate presentation decks, etc.
- Develop innovative designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations
- Maintain the YES company website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually compelling experience
- Participate in weekly creative concepting for all active marketing campaigns
- Own relationships with our print vendors
Requirements
- Proficient with Adobe Full Suite
- Proficient with Canva
- Thorough working knowledge of CSS Style Sheets
- Thorough working knowledge of general web design
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
- A creative mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Business (Marketing), or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
