Graphic Designer

About This Role

This Graphic Designer role supports various client projects and internal initiatives, creating high-quality digital and print marketing materials for COACT and its clients. The position requires strong visual skills, attention to detail, and a balance of creativity with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day design projects, strategically planning effective use of design techniques and materials with the Senior Graphic Designer and Manager of Marketing
• Deliver high-quality design assets for both client initiatives and internal business growth efforts
• Design digital and print assets including social graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, HTML emails (Mailchimp), and web visuals
• Design and build landing pages and website pages using WordPress page builders
• Deliver on all graphic design activities related to each client with minimum delay, efficiency, and accuracy
• Collaborate with marketing team and Account Executives regarding design projects for client’s business growth campaigns
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use
• Maintain consistency across brand systems while adapting designs for different clients
• Be receptive to feedback and revisions efficiently and professionally

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Highly developed planning, organizing, and time management skills with attention to detail, quality, and timeliness
• Highly developed communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of general operational processes, policies, and procedures
• Refined knowledge of graphic design concepts, design programs, and techniques
• Ability to understand and interpret various concepts, practices, and procedures to produce desirable outcomes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
• Minimum of 2-3 years related experience in graphic design

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of website design functionality and interaction
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere)
• Basic understanding of CSS
• Experience working in Mailchimp or other email builders
• Experience working in Figma
