Graphic Designer (Digital & Social)

About This Role

This role is for a creative Graphic Designer responsible for producing visually engaging static designs for digital channels, primarily supporting internal marketing and creative teams. The designer will ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across various digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials and internal projects
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and campaign objectives
• Collaborate closely with internal creative and marketing teams to execute designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Iterate and refine designs based on team feedback
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Contribute fresh creative ideas to support marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong digital design portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable in an internal-facing role, working directly with cross-functional teams
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work

Nice to Have

• Motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
• Experience with digital ads or consumer-focused campaigns
• Familiarity with paid social environments or fast-paced creative workflows
