About This Role

This Graphic Designer will elevate the visual identity of a rapidly growing fitness brand by producing high-quality print and digital graphics across various platforms. The role offers creative ownership and growth opportunities within an expanding, multi-location company.

Responsibilities

Design flyers, posters, signage, banners, and digital ads
Create social graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and event promotion
Develop templates in Canva/Adobe for the team’s ongoing use
Ensure brand consistency across all facilities and platforms
Prepare press-ready files for print vendors (bleeds, Pantone/CMYK conversions)
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and event activations

Requirements

3-5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Experience with large-format print and digital design
Strong portfolio showing both print and social media work
Attention to detail, quick turnarounds, and ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
Passion for fitness, lifestyle, or premium retail branding
