BAYADA Home Health Care offers a paid Nurse Residency Program for graduate-level LPNs and RNs, providing one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive training. This role focuses on delivering quality home healthcare to clients of all ages and acuity levels within the Laurel Highlands team.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care
- Utilize electronic charting systems
- Participate in in-depth paid training
- Engage in award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
- Communicate with clinical support available around the clock
- Collaborate with a Clinical Educator and Nurse Peer Coach
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR certification

- Entry-level, new graduate nurse
