About This Role

Assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising, while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations
• Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks
• Perform bookkeeping and merchandising duties
• Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Execute the food program according to company standards
• Display a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership in daily tasks
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands

Qualifications

• High School/College Degree(s)
• Supervisor or management experience
