About This Role

This role will provide advisory and support to the Global Mobility Manager, associates, managers, and HR business partners on all global mobility matters. The Specialist will work with internal parties and external vendors to ensure compliance and manage outsourced assignment services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of a mobility portfolio of 250+ associates
  • Assist with the administration and interpretation of Sysco’s Global Mobility policies, processes and procedures
  • Prepare assignment cost projections
  • Provide support to manage outside vendor portfolios
  • Help to maintain trackers, request and prepare ad hoc reports and help to combine cost reports and invoicing procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build competency with compliance practices in Mobility, such as legislative, regulatory, industry standards, and other known relevant policies and guidelines
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes for Mobility and Immigration matters
  • Coordinate and support US immigration processes with law department counsel
  • Provide additional support to HRBPs to help coordinate effective onboarding/offboarding for all international hires and expatriates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 0-3 years’ experience working for a company with a global mindset
  • Detail Oriented
  • Outstanding customer service competency
  • Ability to coordinate/prioritize multiple activities while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Proactive, self-motivated, critical problem solver able to work independently
  • Ability to stay organized and effectively handle a large caseload
  • Possess a sense of urgency to meet assigned deadlines and communicate updates
  • Business and results oriented focus
  • Excellent relationship and presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or Equivalent Experience
  • 0-3 years’ experience working for a company with a global mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience in domestic and/or international relocation, immigration and expatriate taxation
  • Strong bias for customer service excellence
  • Experience working for a large company with a global footprint
  • Experience working internationally
  • Familiarity with domestic and international assignment management
  • Familiarity with immigration (into the US and out of the US immigration)
  • Familiarity with internal systems such as Workday, Office, Teams
