This Director, Revenue Operations role is a strategic leadership position responsible for optimizing all go-to-market functions to drive predictable growth and operational excellence across the organization's global sales ecosystem. The role leads teams and systems that power Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing effectiveness, including Sales Enablement, to ensure revenue teams have the necessary processes, insights, and enablement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CRO and executive leadership to design and execute global go-to-market strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Define and manage the revenue operating model with clear processes, accountabilities, and performance metrics across regions and business units
- Develop and oversee territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, and pipeline management for predictable, scalable growth
- Create a unified view of revenue performance across all GTM teams using data and insights to guide decisions
- Lead the global Sales Enablement function providing content, tools, and skills to Sales and Customer Success teams
- Oversee onboarding, ongoing training, and certification programs to build confidence and commercial excellence
- Own the GTM technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, LMS, etc.), ensuring efficiency, integration, and alignment with strategic needs
- Standardize workflows, reporting, and data governance to improve accuracy, visibility, and collaboration globally
- Lead development of dashboards, scorecards, and analytics to provide visibility into performance metrics and trends
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements

- Proven ability to drive results balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Proficiency in Salesforce and revenue technology stacks including HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, LMS platforms, and BI tools
- Demonstrated success building scalable processes, metrics, and enablement programs that drive growth
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills with a systems-oriented mindset
- Experience leading through organizational transformation, growth, or brand evolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
