This role is for a Girls Gymnastics Head Coach at Del Norte High School, responsible for managing the program, developing training plans, and fostering a positive team environment. The coach will lead daily practices and meets, ensuring compliance with school and league policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs
• Lead daily practices and coach at meets
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team culture
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration
• Monitor and promote the academic and personal growth of student-athletes
• Organize and oversee team events, fundraising, and community service initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all school and league policies
• Manage all program administrative requirements
