General Production Associate

About This Role

This entry-level General Production Associate role supports manufacturing operations by safely operating machinery, performing assembly tasks, and packaging finished products. You will ensure product quality and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions
• Perform routine activities related to assembly, molding machine operations, and setup tasks
• Adhere to all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are functional
• Remove products from molding or riveting machines and package products accordingly
• Package finished products into boxes or Gaylords, print labels, and ensure proper labeling
• Count and inspect finished products, identifying and reporting quality defects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting housekeeping and maintenance tasks
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall production goals
• Perform operational tasks as directed, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met
