About This Role

Support the implementation and optimization of business information systems across multiple departments. This role involves partnering with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to identify process gaps, define requirements, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead ongoing reviews of workflows and develop optimization and automation strategies
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
  • Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project leadership
  • Support project planning activities including scope definition, timelines, and delivery tracking
  • Ensure proposed solutions meet defined business requirements and objectives
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and validation of system changes
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and supporting materials for leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain and update procedures, documentation, and process standards
  • Contribute to team objectives and support related initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role

Nice to Have

  • MBA preferred
  • Background in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
