About This Role

As a Sales Associate at Lacoste, you will engage with customers, drive sales through product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience, representing the brand at premier events like the Miami Open.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products
• Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement
• Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy, ensuring products are displayed attractively
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer
• Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service
• Represent Lacoste at special events such as the Miami Open at Hard Rock Stadium, assisting with pop-up shop operations, engaging with event attendees, and ensuring an elevated brand experience
• Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance
