Full Time Merchandiser

About This Role

Maximize product inventory and support online business operations to deliver excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing, distributing, pulling, stocking merchandise, building displays, and placing signage
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws if delivery is an assigned function

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
