Full Stack Java Developer Project Delivery Senior Analyst

About This Role

This role is for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer within Deloitte's Project Delivery Talent Model, focusing on designing and building Java-based applications, backend services, and modern web UIs for clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to translate into technical designs (APIs, services, data models, UI flows)
• Design and build backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven patterns
• Implement data access using SQL and appropriate persistence patterns, optimizing performance and reliability
• Write and maintain unit/integration tests, support defect triage, and ensure code quality, security, and standards compliance
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes

Requirements

• 4+ Years Hands-on development experience in building applications using Java frameworks (Spring boot)
• 4+ Years Hands-on experience in Microservices and SQL
• 4+ Years hands-on experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure (compute, integration, security, monitoring)
• 4+ Years Experience in Agile-DevOps / Agile-Scrum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 4+ Years Hands-on development experience in building applications using Java frameworks
