Develop a web-based platform and secure data server to enable the use of generative artificial intelligence tools for identifying and mitigating bias in medical trainee evaluations, as part of a research project.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create a web platform that securely integrates generative AI tools for real-time use by UMMS faculty
- Establish a secure server and database for the secure storage of clinical evaluation data
- Develop industry-standard performance tests to ensure long-term functionality of the web platform
Requirements
- Expertise with a web development programming language (e.g., JavaScript, HTML)
- Experience with database management, server management, and networking
- Experience with software development language Python to integrate generative AI APIs specific to the University of Michigan (e.g., UM-GPT API)
Nice to Have
- Experience with integrating generative AI tools
- Strong inter-personal skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in medical and education-based projects
