FTO Security Site Supervisor - Armed

About This Role

Supervise and coordinate security services delivery to an assigned customer, acting as a liaison between customers, operation managers, and security officers. Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to site staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer
• Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers
• Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range
• Communicate staffing needs to Operation Manager including using the Requisition process, assisting in identifying and interviewing quality candidates
• Assure that officers receive appropriate training, developing them in both technical and professional skills and managing performance
• Assure that employee grievances are heard with help from appropriate branch or region HR support employees

Requirements

• 1+ Years' Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience
• 21+ Years of Age
• Armed Guard Card/License
• 2+ Years of Security Experience
• Supervisory Experience
• Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements
• Good computer skills including Excel, Word and some data base programs including WinTeam
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ Years' Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience

Nice to Have

• Willing to work weekends if needed
