About This Role

Join Elevate Teams as a Front Office Assistant to support U.S. insurance agencies. This role involves handling calls, managing emails and schedules, and organizing documents, ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (front-desk style, not a call center)
  • Manage emails, calendars, and schedules efficiently and accurately
  • Organize documents, reports, and CRM updates with attention to detail
  • Communicate confidently across phone, email, and chat

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1/C2)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or front-office roles
  • Organized, solution-oriented, and dependable
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, CRMs, and communication platforms
  • Reliable home office setup with fast internet and great tech
  • Laptop/desktop Windows 11+ with >7GB usable RAM, Intel Core 8th Generation/ Ryzen 3 2nd-gen or higher

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or front-office roles

Nice to Have

  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills
