About This Role

Lead and develop the Client Success & Growth Manager team to drive client retention, satisfaction, and expansion for Elevate Teams. This role focuses on strategic client success and operational excellence within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Client Success & Growth Manager team to deliver exceptional results in client retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define success metrics, team structure, and long-term growth strategy.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to ensure client-facing teams are aligned with Elevate’s broader business goals.
  • Own the overall retention and expansion goals for Elevate Teams.
  • Develop scalable client success frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Review client performance data and feedback to proactively identify risk and growth opportunities.
  • Support escalations from the Manager level with speed, clarity, and poise.
  • Monitor client health metrics, churn risk, and expansion trends through dashboards and regular reporting.
  • Build a data-driven culture where decisions are informed by metrics and measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in revenue-driving roles (Client Success, Sales, Account Management)
  • 5+ years in senior leadership positions
  • Proven ability to lead and scale Client Success / Account Management teams (manager-of-managers experience preferred)
  • Strong track record driving retention, renewals, and revenue expansion at scale
  • Strategic, data-driven leader with strong business acumen and operational rigor
  • Experience managing executive-level client relationships
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clear executive presence
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth, service-based environments
  • Strong alignment with Elevate Teams core values
  • U.S.-based, with reliable internet and a professional workspace

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • 8+ years in revenue-driving roles (Client Success, Sales, Account Management), including 5+ years in senior leadership.
