This role is of crucial importance to clients, team members, and the studio experience at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. You will be responsible for greeting students, answering questions, organizing information, and building rapport with new clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet students
- Answer questions about accounts and studio activities
- Keep information organized to help management and team members
- Engage with potential new clients and share the benefits of dance
