Fractional Social Profit Data & Tech Specialist

About This Role

This role will support multiple social profit organizations by serving as a fractional tech team member, managing various tech systems, and building data-driven cultures. The specialist will handle tasks ranging from system administration to data entry, ensuring technology effectively serves the organizations' missions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as co-owner of technology systems, gradually passing ownership to clients
• Build, monitor, and improve integrations between tech platforms
• Lead data collection work, including process design, tool choice, and building collection processes
• Use project management tools like Asana and Miro to build, document, and maintain client work
• Perform manual and automated data entry
• Document all aspects of client data and technology to create a living library of information
• Research and innovate, bringing data and technology trends to clients to advance their work
• Support the streamlining and enhancement of business processes through automations
• Work directly with staff members to share knowledge and skills in data and technology
• Act as a general technology team member, excluding hardware or network maintenance
