Flex Security Officer

About This Role

Provide crucial support by covering shifts due to illness, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continuous security service to clients. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and location to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide trained and competent support by working open shifts
• Ensure continual, uninterrupted service to customers
• Work at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need
• Accept shifts with varying schedules, days off, and hours per week
• Work scheduled shifts and be available for short-notice call-ins
• Read and become knowledgeable of Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Act quickly and efficiently according to directives

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of security experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Exceptional report writing skills
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to read and understand written instruction
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly in written form
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Clean driving record
• Availability/willingness to work various shifts and locations on call

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of security experience

Nice to Have

• Previous military experience
• Previous law enforcement experience
