Flex Security Officer

About This Role

This role is for a Flex Security Officer to provide critical staffing support across various accounts in the Phoenix area, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted service to clients. The position requires adaptability to varying schedules and locations based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts that become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes
• Be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need
• Act quickly and efficiently according to Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Work at least 80% of short-notice call-in shifts
• Communicate unavailability to supervisor for upcoming dates

Requirements

• 3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent writing, oral, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions
• Dependable means of transportation
• Good grooming standards
• Current guard card

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of customer service experience
