About This Role

Manage and direct fiscal administrative services for the Resource Management Agency, ensuring effective utilization of resources and adherence to budgetary and fiscal controls.

Responsibilities

• Formulate departmental policy in administrative services and business management
• Plan, organize, assign, review, and direct fiscal administrative services
• Confer with the agency director or assistant director on major fiscal related administrative service problems
• Review and act on or recommend solutions for various management problems in directing fiscal, office service and general activities
• Direct and monitor the budgetary and fiscal control programs for the effective utilization of office space, forms, supplies, equipment and other property
• Conduct time and cost studies of unit operations and make or recommend changes to effect more efficient operation of units or programs

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public, or Business Administration
• Four (4) years of experience in complex fiscal administration that includes accounting responsibilities
• One (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public, or Business Administration
• Four (4) years of experience in complex fiscal administration that includes accounting responsibilities, including at least one (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity.
