The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organization by developing and executing strategic financial plans, providing insightful analysis, and driving informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed financial forecasts, including sales, profit, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial/Operations/Marketing) to drive business growth and profitability.
- Partner with the marketing team to analyze the return on ad spend, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and analyze metrics to assess brand and customer profitability, including market share, pricing, and cost structure.
- Support decision making for strategic initiatives, corporate development, and other special projects.
Requirements
- BS in Business/Accounting or related degree
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems
- Strong proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic financial modeling)
- Excellent mathematical, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- BS in Business/Accounting or related degree
- 5+ years of professional experience (2-3 years of CPG FP&A experience preferred)
