About This Role

This Financial Advisor position, affiliated with Cetera Investment Services LLC allows candidates to manage and service existing clients and bank customers, building stronger relationships by understanding individual financial needs and providing appropriate products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing clients and bank customers
• Build stronger existing customer relationships by learning individual financial needs and supplying appropriate product
• Actively pursue the acquisition of new clients from both internal referrals and external sources selling various investment products
• Identify potential sales opportunities and act upon them by initiating an Investment product with the customer or referring the customer to another line of business such as Trust, Insurance or loans
• Identify opportunities for Associate Financial Advisors to have additional training in customer profiling, sales skills or meeting goals
• Demonstrate knowledge in all disciplines within Wealth Management and cross-refer customers and prospects and Retail bank products to Retail
• Maintain all client files, complete all required Continuing Education (CE) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) licensing
• Review the work of licensed bankers for accuracy, completeness and compliance with government regulations attached to the various licenses they hold

Qualifications

• High School or GED
• 3+ years of job-related experience
