As a Field Technician, you will deliver TV and Smart Home solutions, educating customers and connecting them with services, while demonstrating excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
- Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
- Keep a clean work area
- Maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Flexibility to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
- Customer Focus
- Problem-Solving skills
- Determination to work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
- Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks
