About This Role

Join Allied Universal Event Services as Festival Event Staff, ensuring safety and fun at major events like Coachella. You will be responsible for ticket collection, guest ushering, crowd management, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
• Allow appropriate entry into each venue by collecting/scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic
• Demonstrate understanding of venue policies, procedures, and regulations
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure
• Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their experience

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to complete a background investigation and pre-employment drug/alcohol test
• Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
