Family Nurse Practitioner

About This Role

Deliver high-quality healthcare to patients in both clinic and telehealth settings, ensuring optimal patient satisfaction and adherence to company values and protocols. This role involves leading staff, making accurate diagnoses, and prescribing medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings and meet patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff through positive behaviors, actions, and attitude to ensure excellent patient care.
• Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description.
• Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance for patient satisfaction.
• Engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and resolve concerns.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward them appropriately.
• Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
• Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Active and in good standing Nurse Practitioner License
• Active and in good standing DEA (or obtainable within 120 days based on state law)
• Ability to treat all ages
• Meet any credentialing requirements
• DOT certification (obtainable within 120 days of employment)

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

• 1-2 years of experience as a provider in Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice
