Family Nurse Practitioner

About This Role

This Family Nurse Practitioner role involves delivering high-quality healthcare within Fast Pace Health's scope of services, ensuring optimum patient satisfaction. The provider will work in a team-oriented environment, adapt to new technologies, and provide outstanding patient service.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and providing guidance as necessary.
• Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description.
• Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Formulate accurate diagnoses based on patient information.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner.
• Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
• Analyze and interpret patient data to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Active and in good standing Family Nurse Practitioner License
• Ability to treat all ages
• Meet credentialing requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (e.g., Urgent Care, ER, Family Medical Practice) is strongly preferred. New graduates with up to 1 year of experience are considered.

Nice to Have

• 1-2 years of experience as a provider in Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
• Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
