Facility Administrator Registered Nurse Required

About This Role

Manage the complete operations and performance of an outpatient clinic, focusing on patient care, team leadership, and financial management. This role impacts patient health outcomes through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives
• Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team
• Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including adherence to budget and expense forecasting
• Manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance
• Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns

Requirements

• Associate's degree
• Minimum 1 year management experience (healthcare, business, military) or equivalent renal experience
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (if required by state of employment)
• Current CPR certification (within 60 days of hire/position change)
• Intermediate computer skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
