Expert Client Advisor, Exotics

About This Role

Act as an Expert Client Advisor for Hardsided products, focusing on clientelling and sales techniques, and serving as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton brand. Drive the business forward by communicating corporate strategy and providing vital feedback to management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the "go to" person in store for needs related to selling and clienteling techniques within the specific category
• Partner with Manager and provide vital feedback to drive the business forward
• Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching
• Assist in observation of the team during the selling ceremony and partner with them to introduce the product category
• Lead by example in the management of your own portfolio of Clients
• Demonstrate outstanding clienteling options
• Maintain product expertise
• Drive the Hardsided Business In-store
• Conduct product training and new launches
• Focus on client development
