Client Advisor

About This Role

As a Client Advisor, you will serve as an ambassador for Louis Vuitton, creating memorable experiences for clients by tailoring their in-store visits and building lasting relationships. This role involves discovering client needs and leveraging clienteling tools to maintain connections.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise
• Discover client needs and tailor their in-store experience
• Elevate client experience and impression of the Brand
• Build long-lasting client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems
• Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
• Advise clients across all Brand and product categories
• Leverage clienteling tools to develop long term relationships

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably in high-end or luxury market, or strong background in customer-centric environments.
