The Client Advisor will serve as a Brand Ambassador for Moschino in a New York store, providing excellent customer service for an exclusive shopping experience in the luxury fashion sector. This role involves supporting the Store Supervisor with retail operations and back office activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure an exclusive shopping experience
- Support the Store Supervisor and team with retail operations
- Perform back office activities
- Represent the brand's values and image as a Brand Ambassador
Requirements
- 1-3 years luxury retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and problem-solving ability
- Commercial awareness
- Goal-oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony
- Satisfying customer service skills
- Stock control ability
- Ability in visual merchandising and display
- Strong interest in the Fashion & Luxury world
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of luxury retail experience
