Experienced RV Service Technician

About This Role

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and inspecting large RV units with minimal supervision as a flat-rate Service Technician. The technician will work on various RV units, pursuing specialty certifications and continuing education to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work on any RV unit coming into the service department
• Work through specialty certification and pursue continuing education
• Produce consistent repairs and maintain minimum customer satisfaction scores
• Share knowledge and best practices to help build others up

Requirements

• 3+ years of RV industry specific experience
• Experience in RV industry and/or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work
• A set of personal tools
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
• Ability to work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
• Flexibility with work schedules, including Saturdays
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of RV industry specific experience, or 4+ years in a technical field a plus

Nice to Have

• 4+ years of experience working in a technical field
