Detailer

About This Role

The RV Detail Technician is responsible for meticulously cleaning and preparing sold RVs, both new and trade-ins, for customer delivery to ensure they meet high quality standards and provide an excellent first impression.

Responsibilities

• Review daily schedule to identify RVs needing detailing
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery
• Inspect each RV for visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service department
• Ensure all compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debris
• Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies
• Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required.
