Join Harnham's New York contract recruitment team as an experienced 360 Contract Recruiter focusing on the Data & AI market. This role offers autonomy, uncapped commission, and the backing of a globally recognized brand.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own contract desk within Data & AI
- Develop new client relationships while expanding existing accounts
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through placement and extension
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, rates, and hiring strategy
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring high-quality delivery and repeat business
- Collaborate with colleagues across New York and the wider U.S. business
Requirements
- Experienced 360 recruiter
- Background in Data, AI, Engineering, Analytics, or an adjacent technical market
- Proven billing track record and strong commercial awareness
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment while staying highly engaged with a team
Qualifications
- Experienced 360 recruiter, ideally with contract recruitment experience
