Experienced Mercedes-Benz Technician

About This Role

This role involves performing vehicle repair and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles according to dealer and factory standards, while also overseeing apprentice technicians. The position requires accurate diagnosis and repair of malfunctions, ensuring additional safety or service work is performed as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with accuracy
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
• Notify service advisor immediately if additional work outlined is needed
• Document work performed
• Road-test vehicles when required
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Luxury vehicle technician
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Luxury vehicle technician
