Executive Driver

About This Role

Provide safe and reliable transportation services to executives and high-level personnel. This role involves exceptional driving skills, strong knowledge of local routes, and excellent communication to ensure passenger safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Client executives and other high-level personnel to various destinations
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with executives and guests
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers, adhering to traffic laws
• Plan and coordinate travel itineraries considering traffic conditions and potential delays
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation-related data
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and special requests
• Oversee maintenance of the Executive's vehicle and ensure proper upkeep
• Stay updated with local traffic conditions, road closures, and alternative routes
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid California Driver's License with clean record (no major traffic violation in 36 months, no more than 1 at-fault accident in 24 months, no more than 1 moving/minor traffic violation in 24 months)
• Minimum two (2) years of professional driving experience
• Excellent knowledge of local and regional roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes
• Exceptional driving skills and commitment to safety
• Familiarity with GPS devices and other navigation tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain and exercise discretion
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Impeccable punctuality and reliability
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years of professional driving experience

• Intelligence, corporate, military, and security experience
• Prior experience in a corporate or executive transportation environment
• Commercial Driver’s License
