As an Executive Assistant at Viva Talent, you will partner with U.S. and Canadian startup executives to optimize their time, improve organization, and help them focus on business growth. This role focuses on supporting leaders across administrative and operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide Administrative support by managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, expenses, and team engagement.
- Provide Operational support by improving workflows, analyzing data, building reports, documenting processes, and handling special projects.
- Act as a strategic partner by anticipating needs, solving problems, and helping executives make smarter decisions.
- Use your voice and take initiative to proactively support executive success.
- Build reports and document processes.
- Take on special projects.
- Manage team engagement.
- Improve workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of general work experience
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- At least one job with 2+ years tenure in the last three roles
- Proactive, reliable and highly organized
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other productivity tools
- Confident and Bold approach to challenges and decisions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of general work experience.
