Support up to three Partners within Oliver Wyman's Actuarial Practice by managing calendars, coordinating travel, assisting with business development, and handling daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients and client EAs
- Maintain and update current list of contacts and business activities in CRM database
- Track and maintain sales activity/pipeline with each Partner
- Prepare letters, proposals and other documents using Oliver Wyman formatting styles
- Maintain diaries for Partners, scheduling internal and external meetings
- Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, rail tickets, etc.
- Work with HC to obtain work permits and visas
- Prepare weekly timesheets for each assigned Partner
- Prepare all expense reports and/or delegate to a team assistant when necessary
- Provide coverage for EAs who are out of the office to ensure seamless support to Partners
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in an administrative or customer service position
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Expert knowledge of Outlook
- Strong service focus
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
- Ability to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years' experience at working in an administrative or customer service position.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce
