Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives within Gallagher Re, ensuring efficient operations through scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and report coordination.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior executives
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare external/internal correspondence
- Screen telephone calls and visitors
- Make travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and receptions
- Prepare presentation materials
- Maintain and file documents
- Coordinate and produce sensitive reports and analyses (e.g., budgets)
- Coordinate the work of additional secretaries and administrative assistants
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 7 years related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of the organization
