Executive Assistant, Delivery Experience (DEX)

About This Role

Support two Directors on the Delivery Experience (DEX) team by managing complex calendars, coordinating events, and making travel arrangements, while maintaining professionalism and building positive team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex calendars with diplomacy and discretion
• Plan and organize events of all sizes
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (airfare, hotel, ground transportation)
• Manage and complete expense reports for General Manager, Senior Leader(s), and self
• Own and manage conference room coordination and room calendar management
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, full office management, responding to emails
• Prepare documents and presentations using graphics, graphs, and internal platforms
• Type meeting notes, create conference agendas, and minor content curriculum
• Assist with internal communications for associates and leadership
• Compile team goals, track, and help drive completion of key deliverables
• Serve as representative on department team-building activities and peer recognition

Requirements

• 2+ years of senior level leadership support
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with executive level calendar management

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience managing multiple calendars
