Provide top-notch, long-term administrative support to senior leaders in the non-profit industry as a remote Executive Assistant. This role is 100% remote with flexible business hours and no night or weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage complex calendars for executives
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel
- Make travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings
- Maximize executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence
- Draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information; initiate phone calls on executive's behalf
- Manage multiple email inboxes for executives
- Manage expenses
- Provide customer/supplier support
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant
- 4+ years of calendar management experience
- 2+ years of executive travel coordination experience
- 2+ years of experience managing email inboxes for senior leaders
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other popular productivity tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of direct hands-on experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant to one or more executives.
