This role is for a highly skilled executive assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to high-level executives, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits in a 100% remote setting. The assistant will manage schedules, communications, travel, and expenses, playing a pivotal role in maximizing executive time and impact.
Responsibilities
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings
- Maximize executive time by managing correspondence, drafting documents, analyzing information, and initiating phone calls
- Manage multiple email inboxes for executives
- Manage expenses
- Provide customer/supplier support
- Perform other executive administrative responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct hands-on experience in an administrative support position (executive assistant, virtual assistant, senior administrative assistant)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, and Zoom
- Ability to multitask with ease and prioritize work
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure of deadlines
- Solution driven
Qualifications
- 7+ years of direct hands-on experience in a senior administrative support position such as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or senior administrative assistant.
