About This Role

This Event Marketing Manager role will execute, optimize, and scale event programs including conferences, field events, partner events, webinars, and customer experiences. The role is high-impact, operational and sits at the intersection of Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales Enablement, ensuring flawless execution to drive pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end operational planning and execution for in-person and virtual events
  • Manage pre-event, onsite, and post-event workflows to ensure consistency and repeatability
  • Coordinate logistics including booths, shipments, branded assets, AV, staffing, and vendors
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event formats
  • Configure, QA, and manage event campaigns in Salesforce and marketing automation tools
  • Own lead capture workflows, data hygiene, and attendee data flows
  • Track event ROI, pipeline creation, ARR impact, and lead quality
  • Build dashboards that clearly show attribution and channel performance
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, SDRs, and Marketing Ops
  • Manage relationships with event organizers, agencies, and production vendors

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in event operations, field marketing, or event management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level marketing events (large conferences, field events, partner events)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple events simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of event lead capture, routing, and attribution workflows
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in event operations, field marketing, or event management in B2B SaaS

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting ABM or account-based field events
  • Background in demand generation or marketing operations
  • Experience with event platforms like Splash, Cvent, or RainFocus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
