Support a high-profile academic and professional environment in Manhattan by maintaining a visible and professional security presence, monitoring access points, and enforcing site policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Staff standing posts for the duration of assigned shifts
- Monitor access points and conduct routine patrols
- Observe, report, and respond to incidents or safety concerns
- Enforce site policies and procedures in a professional manner
- Provide courteous assistance to students, staff, and visitors
- Complete accurate incident and activity reports
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of prior security training or experience
- Ability and willingness to work a standing post
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification upon hire
- Willingness to obtain F-01 or F-03 certification upon hire
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Qualifications
