About This Role

This Estimator role is crucial for delivering an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating estimates, and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies. You will ensure seamless communication and alignment with team members to achieve key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team, as required
• Support all team members when required
• Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by Store Manager
• Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance
• Uphold the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect

Requirements

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills
• Minimum of 1-year experience in DRP compliance
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License
